TRAVEL INQUIRIES please contact:

Mont Tremblant is about 1.5 hours driving time northwest of Montreal. Because there is no regular public

transportation during the summer, you have a few options:

1. Rent a car –  A rental car at Montreal Airport will cost about $175-200 for a 1 week rental depending on size

of car and your exact dates. Note: there may be parking charges associated with your hotel – you will need to

check with them about this possible cost.

2. Taxi cost is about $325 each way although this can be shared with others. We can book this for you if

3. Organized bus transport for about $60 each way.

We are chartering buses and mini-vans from Montreal Airport to Mont Tremblant every 2 hours for Monday

(25 June) and departing Mont Tremblant to return to Montreal Airport on Saturday (30 June) morning.

Other times might be possible depending upon when people are coming and departing. The round-trip cost

for this will be about $120 (final price will be determined once we know people’s travel plans) and will be

payable at the time of registration when you pick up your name badge at the conference center. Cash or

checks only will be accepted (preferably in US $). If you are interested in this option, please email Marty

Covert, the iNAV administrator (co@martycovert.com). It is essential to let us know your arrival and

departure times from Montreal airport so we can plan accordingly.

To organise ride shares, joint accommodations etc., we have established a facebook group where you can

connect with other attendees: https://www.facebook.com/groups/inav2018/

If you have any questions about transportation, please let Marty Covert, the iNAV administrator

(co@martycovert.com) know.

Errors and omissions excepted.
