Virtual meeting
/ / In order to register for virtual iNAV 2022 at ‘Gather.town’, please fill out the form and payment information below. / /
Your e-mail adress will be added to our guest list at ‘Gather.town’ and you will only have acces to ‘Gather.town’ during the iNAV meeting using this e-mail adress. You might want use your private e-mail to make sure that no e-mails are blocked by the firewall of your university. Instructions on how to use ‘Gather.town’ will follow soon.
• Load the crowdcast page: https://www.crowdcast.io/e/16l8nltb
• Enter the password: iNAV2020
• Give your personal information (e-mail address, institution, occupation -i.e. student, post-doc, professor)
• Receive an e-mail from crowdcast with your personal link and visit event.
• It is vital that you use the Chrome web browser as others do not work for screen sharing.
• Contact swirth@isc.cnrs.fr if you did not yet receive specific instructions.
• You must send us your slides by 05 Oct 8pm (CEST) as a single pdf file (no video, no powerpoint). During the presentation, one of our tech staff will advance the slides so that you can concentrate on your presentation, just say ’next slide’.
• Crowdcast: your presentation will be given via Crowdcast, which is very easy to use. More detailed instructions on how to use Crowdcast see above.
• Before your presentation, you must create a Crowdcast account and send us the name you chose for yourself. We need this name to be able to call you on stage for your presentation. Note: you can check/edit this name by clicking on ‘Edit your profile’ once you are logged into Crowdcast.
